Joe and his staff are the absolute best. As an attorney myself, I speak from a place of experience. I don't practice in the area of estate planning and my schedule is very busy. Joe and staff were very cognizant of my schedule and flexible with me and my wife in meeting at times that worked for us. I cannot say enough good things about Joe. We feel so much better that if something were to happen to us, our kids and estate are safe and accounted for in the manner we want(ed).

A complete joke of an attorney. I come in for a consultation, he promises a lot but delivers nothing. Took me almost two full weeks of me calling about every other day just get him on the phone to tell me he couldn’t do anything for me (time was of the essence in this case). He just traded on the Deters name (his partner). I wouldn’t let him walk my dog, who has two broken front legs and doesn’t require a leash. It was so bad I’m thinking of filing a complaint with the bar association.
