DO NOT WORK HERE EVER! This place is very bad with there employees, most of them are lazy and constantly try to ruin other employees careers from harassment to sabotage. The higher-ups don't do much unless it involves them or they gain from it. Also the interview process is a joke! Don't work here.
Why on earth would you put a default passcode on a thermostat as 1234 that you can’t change? (T4) I literally guessed it first try as would anyone else born after 1990. “Because if you move then the new person wouldn’t be able to change it” Put an override or manual reset button on the back of it. Sure it would be annoying if your kid set a random passcode and you had to reset your whole system but at least the security would work.
The facility is huge. U will lose lot of time to find out what is your dock. Unloading is fast. Good thing, on west side is big open parking space. You can stay overnight and after you are empty.
Don't work here or at least do not work for the technical services role you will be treated poorly and treated like you do not matter unless you are well liked by management. performance didn't matter to them. i was a top performer and was fired on a day off when i asked why they said i didn't have proper technical knowledge. Technical Knowledge really? i requested training constantly and was either told not to go by the supervisor aka babysitting that took over for my original supervisor who was extremely cool and helped me out alot, or the flat out cancelled my training's, They say the have a 4 strike system before you are terminated but that only works for full time employees don't believe anything that contractors and FTE's are treated equal. TLDR Don't work here unless you enjoy being overworked and treated like a number
Started through Insight Global Staffing 7/16. Honeywell was not prepared for us. Our log ins were wrong, not enough training to keep us busy, sent us home a lot and generally had no work for us to do the first 1.5 weeks. 7/30, I had a medical emergency where they had to call an ambulance for me. I returned 8/2. Got preapproved by my supervisor to leave 2 hours early 8/6 for my follow up. Got a call 8/7 from Insight Global Staffing that I was being fired due to attendance. Even though I argued it, Honeywell stood their ground. Tried to file for unemployment, Honeywell told them I never worked for them. Beware this business. They don't care about their workers.
