We had our 2021 taxes completed with Hopp, and the experience was ok. We had gone back for assistance with our 2022 and 2023 returns this year, albeit late for 2022. We worked with the staff from May through August and still were unable to get a timeframe when our returns could be completed. It was very disappointing as I had spent hours completing an excel spreadsheet to their liking. Maybe straightforward returns are their bread and butter. I found another local accountant that had my return done in a day.

Don Hopp is very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. He has done my personal and business returns for three years and I wish I had used his service long before that rather than the tax software I had been using.
