They dont ever call you back or answer their phone!!!!!! WE HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES JUST TO TRY AND GET A LETTER STATING WE RECEIVED NO MONEY FROM A TOTALLED CAR!!! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!! AND OBVIOUSLY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE BOTTOM DOLLAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
