Employed this Law firm 1 year 8 months. I was owed money on a signed sworn affidavit. No action was taken to secure or demand any money on my behalf, though I was charged for demand letters. Court was postponed with no actions that helped my case, Paid for any eviction notice that was served by the Rockford PD. The paper was was of no value. I wish I would have done more research on this law firm. Jim DiVerde secured/demanded 0 dollars out of $39,500 on a Sworn Affidavit then removed himself from the case.(forcing me to hire another Lawyer)He was a total loss in every possible way. Right here in Rockford Il. case #2018 ch 102 I wasted over 13,000 dollars in lawyer fees on him, I reported him to the ARDC.
