Very unhappy about the services provided. They charge $750 per hour, with this payment no client service is included, they never update you on your case, even on the day of the hearing, unless you ask them for update, they never request required signature from client, unless you ask them if the signature required, they use templates in their communication and don't even bother to change the names and case numbers in this templates. You can't reach them over the phone, NEVER. they only call you when they feel like it. It is not only one particular lawyer, when I complained about to the headquarters nobody even get back to me to with the solution. They are ready to loose your case from day 1,never even try to fight for you, only offer humiliating settlement. Beware of this group, for this price you can find high end lawyer who cares about their clients

I hired these guys to pursue a Copyright Infringement suit and was surprised to find that I knew more than they did on the subject. I ended up producing the evidence myself and also doing the copyright search myself. I just got a bill for an email $88, discussion of case (they listened to me) $132, drafting an email???? $396 and emails from me to them of the Copyright Certificate and searches $316. I did everything and they claim they did the searches. I have proof in the form of receipts of me doing all of them. I have more copyrights than anyone and know many people that run the DC office. These guys are rip off artists!!!! Lawsuit!
