I recently had the misfortune of hiring Mr. Arca for what I thought would be straightforward legal assistance for a DUI case. I’m aware DUI cases are hard to fight but Mr. Arca didn’t do anything but take my money. From start to finish, my experience was riddled with dishonesty, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. Getting in touch with Mr. Arca was a nightmare. Phone calls went unanswered for days, and when I did manage to get a response, it was often curt and unhelpful. This made it incredibly difficult to stay informed about the progress of my case and left me feeling neglected and anxious. A lawyer should uphold the law and act in the best interest of their client, Mr. Arca seemed more focused on cutting corners by doing the bare minimum and just taking my money. I hired him in April of 2023 we just resolved my case in June 2024 due to him constantly rescheduling my court dates or not showing up and not informing me that he would not be there. My experience with Mr. Arca was nothing short of a disaster. His dishonest and unethical behavior, combined with poor communication and a lack of competence, makes him entirely untrustworthy. If you are in need of legal assistance, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment by avoiding Mr. Arca at all costs. I expressed my disappoint to Mr. Arca before my guilty plea so I’m not writing this review because he didn’t get me off; I’m writing it so no one else will make the mistake that I made by hiring him.

I did my research read the reviews as well and let me tell you choosing Howard & Arca Attorneys at Law was the BEST Decision I could have made. Alex Arca made it happen. When prison most definitely would have been the outcome had we not hired a lawyer, not just any lawyer but one that means business and gets the job done.Not only that he had several charges dropped all together on a repeat offender! We are so happy, he worked with me on payments because let's be honest who has extra funds laying around like that.We trusted our future in his hands and Thank God we did. I highly recommend him.

They were ok. That’s just my opinion and results. The day of my court appearance, there was another person in front of me with the same DUI charge that represented herself and she was provided the same exact sentencing as me. She saved a nice amount of money, that I spent on these attorney fees. Also, they don’t communicate very well at all. I have emailed Mr. Arca with questions after my court date and have not received any response. This is all just my experience and opinion. Maybe yours will be different.

I highly recommend if you or your family are in need of a good lawyer you hire Mr. Arca. I was struggling and had made some poor choices that landed me in jail.. I desperately needed help and wanted a better life. Mr. Arca saw this in me and helped me get the second chance to be a better person. Today I am happy, healthy and sober. I am successful in all aspects of my life and a productive member of society. He was able to get my charges DROPPED! I am forever grateful for his kind words and YEARS of experience as it has helped shaped my life for the better.
