To whom it may concern... in the utmost hope of being helpful. Re: Ashley Reiner: Incompetent or lazy. Lack of professionalism. I should have dealt with her in a guardianship case. Was never able to speak with anyone but a receptionist. She never responded to multiple emails and phone calls. As a court appointed guardian, her responsibility is to investigate both sides of a case to understand a ward's situation. In this way, she could best represent her client's interests. She contacted one party in the case and NEVER the second party, my family. Even after contacting her office, I never received a response. Her job was to act as one who should advocate for the best interests of an incapacitated individual. Instead, she chose to listen to the wildly imaginative narrative of people who had no tangible proof and limited contact with the ward rather than look into matters more deeply with those who had spent nearly every waking moment with him in the last several years. I was disappointed by this lack of professionalism. Ultimately, her helpless client paid the biggest price. If you are reading this, Ashley...Shame on you. My biggest hope is that one day you will bother yourself enough to learn the real story of your clients. They deserve to live their last days in dignity. If you want to fund your passion for luxury clothing, I would hope that you would find a more honest manner to do so instead of on the backs of the helpless and elderly.
