Howard S. Perry

Howard Perry took my money on two occasions, and got absolutely nothing done. My divorce was extremely simple, but Perry couldn't handle it. Perry would take forever to do my paperwork, then show me a bunch of typos, then had to go back and took forever to fix them. Howard Perry never filed anything he was supposed to file, when he was supposed to file; just a mess. Almost non responsive to email too. It's like the guy hates technology. He only works with cash. Didn't do a thing, but made sure to get my money. When I went out to retain a new lawyer, Howard Perry took too long to respond, and send the necessary documents to hand over the case. My new lawyer and I had to hound Mr. Perry, and he still took weeks to sign a basic document. I eventually drove down to Beecher to get everything myself. Once I got my new lawyer, things got moving, Praise God...... Howard Perry is a nice guy, so I feel bad saying these things. At the same time I hired Mr. Perry to be my lawyer not my best friend; nice guy, bad lawyer.

Worse lawyer ever all he did was lead me on my case for years and just kept taking my money also effecting my case because how long it’s been working with him thinking he was actually helping me when he wasn’t. He recently took a good amount of money from me and refuses to give it back to me because I wanted a different lawyer I wanted that money for since he wasn’t doing anything to help me, and also refuses to give me back my files that I asked for. He really should be prosecuted.

Mr Perry provided counsel for me in a divorce and many grueling family situations while my children were under age. I highly recommend his services.

JOB WELL done by Howard... I really enjoyed working with Howard... He's a very solid lawyer and a strong Christian... ????????
