These pathetic individuals went out of there way to avoid having me in court to oppose anything, I have lived in the same house with the same phone number for about 10 years now and they never once attempted to serve me any paperwork for court, took a $400 debt pushed it through by posting un the newspaper 3 months i guess and got a judgment for 4900 and change... I did an Exemption for the Garnishment and they didn't contest it... almost as if the last things the cowards wanted was to see a judge with me actually being allowed to contest anything... bunch of thieves and cowards... representing Dionysus financial Dionysus being the Greek God of excess and gluttony... no soul, no morals, just disgusting people. There is no difference between this and taxation without representation and it should not be allowed if it's a valid debt and a valid claim why would they go out of there way to make sure there were 0 attempts to serve me and give me a right to contest in court... probably because they're a joke! When I called them the lady literally made it a point to tell me that it was just my opinion that not many people get a newspaper anymore and that it was legal... fml what a JOKE... I would have been happy to work something out and settle with them, but since they want to be a pos about it... good luck!

Nobody likes debt collectors, but m2 has bent over backwards to accommodate us. Know your rights with FCRA and don't be a dead beat.

This law office has been a nightmare to work with. Besides the receptionist, Brandi who is very kind, the rest has been awful. We payed off a debt with this company and receive a receipt for it being paid and closed out. We are trying to close on a house and need the lien removed. The law office assured me they would file satisfaction letter to the court on 3/13. I told them our scenario that we were trying to close on a house and was assured they would push it through and help as much as they could. Not the case. Today, 3/27, the court's STILL haven't received the e-filed satisfaction letter. M2 never filed it. I was told by the manager it would be filed immediately and recorded in about three weeks. I have called multiple times, to our case manager Carmen and always go to voicemail without any returned calls. Now that the account is paid off, seems they have no interest in talking. I paid this account off over 5 weeks ago and they still haven't filed the satisfaction to the court. How hard is it to send an e-file?! The manager even told me that part would be quick and easy and takes 5 minutes. Clearly they couldn't care less and it is incredibly frustrating when you're trying to do a good thing and get things taken care of and they do not even tell the courts we paid??? I would avoid this law office at all costs, I hope we never are in this situation again.

There are some great attorneys and then there are scum attorneys. This Law Group just garnished 98% of my bank account for a collection from 2008 during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC!!!! When most people are out of work and relying on government assistance to survive. So our stimulus check that we got to help with rent was just garnished from something 12 years ago?! WOW Shame on you M2 Law Group. Scum of the earth.

They did what they said they would do on time.
