I recently had the pleasure of renting a golf cart from Big O’s for the Fourth of July weekend in Peachtree City, where golf cart season is at its peak. My wife and I had reserved a six-seat electric golf cart back in April to ensure we could enjoy all the activities with our family. A week prior to the Fourth of July, we were informed that the cart we reserved was returned in bad condition and required repairs that wouldn’t be completed in time for our reservation. Although we received a full refund, the GM, Jamie, assured us she would do everything possible to resolve the situation. Despite our efforts to find another six-seat electric golf cart, everything was fully booked in the Peachtree City area. However, on July 3, Jamie called with good news. She had received permission from the owner to take a cart off the lot for us to rent, ensuring we could still enjoy the fireworks, parade, and other adventures on the golf cart paths, even if only for a day or two. Remarkably, she also offered the cart to us free of charge due to the inconvenience. Jamie and Big O’s demonstrated exceptional customer care and dedication, going above and beyond in a challenging situation. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and I will certainly remember this experience when it’s time to purchase a golf cart. Big O’s truly puts the customer first and provides outstanding service.

Awesome customer service! I visit here for golf cart rentals especially in the summer time to enjoy with my family. We always go to Drake Field and love when there’s special events! that’s when the kiddos have the most fun, Big Os gets a big thumb up. ????

It took awhile for anyone to help us at this golf cart location. The woman at the front was busy on her phone utilizing SnapChat. I’d recommend moving her desk area to the back of the room so that customers can’t see what she is doing while neglecting them. It isn’t a good look. We also heard her lying to customers on the phone, telling them that a certain employee was busy assisting customers in sales. We were there at 11 and there was no one in sales on sight. Instead, the general manager came out to assist us. She was pleasant, kind, and helpful.

Big O’s is the most honest golf cart company in Peachtree City. I was told by another group that I needed a full set of new batteries along with a new $500 charger to the total tune of $1800. Instead, I asked them to drop my cart off at Big O’s. I’m so glad I did! Big O’s checked my batteries and sold me a new charger for $214! What a relief! Thank you Big O’s!!

I was first introduced to this golf cart company at the Atlanta Boat Show. These guys were super informative , honest and answered all of my questions. They worked around my schedule for the sale and delivery of the golf cart. Customer service could not have been better. As for the golf cart , I picked my colors and options. The cart looks fantastic. It handles all of the steep hills around my house with no problem. Very quick up and down hills. Touch screen is simple to operate with several options. I’m looking forward to enjoying this cart for years to come. Thank you Jeff & Andy.
