Unfortunately, I was forced to seek help after my grandmother passed away due to an attempt by family to undermine her estate planning that left me a significant inheritance. His team showed true compassion and professionalism throughout the entire case. It was a complicated case. The other side retained a large Salt Lake City law firm. The case lasted almost 10 months; in the end we were victorious. This was not done without difficulty. Throughout the whole process Craig and his paralegals were absolutely amazing at communicating with me, explaining exactly what was going on with great detail, giving me plenty of options on different strategies, and always asking for my advice and consent on everything. This experience has taught me a great deal. Litigation is expensive, but Craig and his team were fair with their fees and always gave me extremely detailed invoices. I felt like I was in control and never lost sight of what I was fighting for, neither did this amazing team of experts. In the end my secured inheritance was worth many times the fees paid. Craig’s compassion and knowledge combined with the efforts of his educated partner’s and assistant’s tough consistency won the day. I’m very glad this is all over and I know I would not have survived all of this without the help of Craig’s firm.

Craig is amazing. My Sister and I were thrust into guardianship of our Father who is suffering from dementia.
