My experience with Humphrey & Ballard Law was very positive and worth it. The entire staff there were pleasant and informative. They kept me updated and communicated in a timely fashion. Every question I had was answered with no problems. Attorney David Ballard is the man. If you listen to him and follow the steps he has in place he will make sure you are happy every time. Overall, I had a decent experience with Attorney Humphrey. I was satisfied with the compensation I received. To give a little constructive criticism, I think you can do a lot better with communication though. I did not feel updated about information concerning my case.
