My experience working with Jonathan and Benjamin on a tenant lawsuit was truly amazing. Jonathan and Benjamin were very thorough and careful in preparing my case. They were always readily available to answer my questions – which were sometimes basic in trying to understand the law and the legal processes, and sometimes complex in detailing my case. As a person who had never dealt with a law case like this before, and whose first language is not English, I naturally had lots of questions, which were met with patience and understanding. Also Jonathan and Benjamin are a great team, and although Jonathan was my main attorney, Benjamin was equally informed about my case and was able to attend to me when necessary – and was also present during my mediation. We achieved a very satisfactory settlement. I can highly recommend Jonathan and Benjamin for any tenant law issues. These two lawyers know their stuff REALLY well.

Not long ago, I faced a difficult and distressing situation because of a problem with my former landlord and I needed legal help. Jonathan and Ben handled the legal issues in my case adeptly, all the while taking the extra time to ensure I understood what was happening and was comfortable with the complicated legal process. They fought for me the entire case and in the end, I got a significant settlement. It was well worth it! Jonathan and Ben were easy to get a hold of and returned emails and phone calls promptly. Their office is right on Muni and Bart and was easily accessible. I liked their small office atmosphere because I always got their undivided attention. Throughout the process, I feel like I benefitted from having two lawyers rather than just one. Hopefully I never have another need for a lawyer, but if I did I would definitely go back to Ben and Jonathan.

Jonathan and Benjamin were warm sensitive, kind, understanding and patience with me after dealing with an attorney who threw me under the bus for no fault of my own.
