I can't say enough positive things about everything Dan did to help our home buying experience be a successful. He is professional but down to earth, educated but broke everything down with simplicity, friendly but a fierce advocate. In this busy real estate market, I attribute the success of my closing to him.

My father and I used attorney graves for a house closing last summer. He was absolutely outstanding! Very knowledgeable, always available, he is by far the best attorney I have ever worked with on a real estate transaction. Definitely deserving of a five star rating! I highly recommend him!

Lack of follow up and follow through. You can call his office weekly and something that you gave him to work on has moved nowhere down the road. Would not recommend if you are using him for non-real estate affairs. SLOW SLOW SLOW
