Even though this Attorney "Brags" about his degree from Stanford, that is really not true as he stated to me that he just attended some classes there.nAnyway, I requested his services because a collection agency was demanding payment from me on some credit card debt. They sent me a stipulation demanding payment or I was slated to go to court over it. I now find out that this was totally "Bogus" and that the Law firm that contacted me probably purchased the debt from Wells Fargo and was suing me to recover the debt. This is where my complaint with this Attorney comes in play. I have just learned that this was all a scam on me to collect on a debt that no one was liable for.
