Hurst Law Group

This is absolutely ridiculous I hired this firm last summer I have only spoken to my attorney once since then I have been placed on a call back list for the past five months not to mention the utterly rude assistant and receptionist that answer the phones this is completely unacceptable serious considering reaching out to the BBB and the ethics board I have dealt with lawyers in big cities that have communicated 1000% better than this firm this will be the last time I let anyone recommend a lawyer.

I have 3 stars because Justin is a great lawyer and is very knowledgeable. However, their complete legal team, lacks communication. Justin didn’t know of any details or information that was relayed to his legal team. I have also had a couple of phone appointments that were completely disregarded and not answered. This was the only way to get a hold of him. Long story short, had to find me a new legal team, very inconvenient. Very unprofessional.

I can not say enough good things about Mr. Josh Hurst. I've never been in trouble in my life and the very first legal case I had was a pretty severe one. I was desperate for an attorney but had no experience hiring one. I searched around for one I felt comfortable, completely countless number of online information requests on different law groups' sites. The ONLY one who contacted me in return was Hurst Law Group. The very next day, Mr. Hurst himself called me and was very helpful. He was up front and honest from the beginning. While I was racing to gather up his reasonable fee, things in court took a turn from bad to worse and I called Mr. Hurst, sobbing asking him for advice on a MAJOR decision. He hadn't been paid, didn't have to listen; but he listened to me and gave me realistic advice. He always responded back in a reasonable amount of time on his cell phone number. He was there in court on time with me the very next time. He wasn't as familiar with the courts in the counties I had my cases in but he presented himself as a very formidable presence. He even went out of his way to assist in a case of mine that he was not paid for in order to facilitate a positive outcome in the other case of mine which assisted in speeding up the first being dropped and the second one in coming down from a 20 year/10 year suspended sentence to a 6 year probation, 10 year suspended sentence. If not for Mr. Hurst, I would be in prison right now. He was so helpful, competent and compassionate that I could not have asked for a better attorney. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Mr. Hurst!!!

How they have four stars is beyond me. Very unethical. DO NOT HIRE. You have been warned.

Very very positive outcome on my friends case. From a 20 years offer to 6 years probation. Amazing! So pleased and can't say more. Her future was in Josh Hurst hands and he took care of it.
