Upon first meeting with Adam himself, I was very pleased, he was great. Unfortunately NOW i'm not pleased at all. I have literally been requesting a status update on my case for a couple of months now, and I can't get anything, NOT an email reply, NOT a voice message reply, NOTHING! I call and the person who answers says (I'm sorry nobody has called you back, I'll make sure they do) lol and I am still waiting... I understand these things take time, I GET IT, but communicating a status update shouldn't be that difficult and call me crazy, but I think I am entitled to know where we are with the case, and it certainly should not take months to get a simple response!
