Spoke with a lady who answered the phone for Hurtik Law firm. I advised her I am a member of Metlaw and was referred over by Hyatt legal services. I explained a received a ticket over the weekend for unsafe lane change that I in no way agreed with and wanted to fight it or see what my options are. Part of the situation was this resulted in a very minor accident with no injuries but I explained I was calling to fight the ticket. She told me she would contact the lawyer and get back to me. When I received the callback I was advised that they didn't want to assist with my case. Keep in mind I never spoke with the lawyer nor did I provide any details of why I didn't agree with the ticket or what actually took place. I was advised the lawyer is currently in a trial and didn't want to assist because this would be a lengthy process and she is busy right now due to being in trial. Hopefully this review will help you select a lawyer you may be looking for.
