If I could give zero stars I really would. Troy Huser you are by far one of the worse lawyers I've ever seen in action. From your inability to answer calls or follow up on your voicemails to your lack of desire to actually do your job. The fact that I had to have a parole officer, the judge's clerk and even CC in the judge just to get you to respond to my calls shows just how indifferent you've grown in your own profession. For the sake of the people that truly deserves a great defender please do the Kansas judicial system a great justice and retire. You have no true desire to assist your clients as a defense lawyer. Frankly, you're a mockery to the profession and the fact that I have to get a new lawyer just to set up a court date. for just 5 mins so the judge can officially take me off probation because you simply can't be bother to answer your phone is just pathetic. I hope you see this and take it to heart and retire, you really need to go relax at home and collect your pension.

Felt like he did absolutely nothing for me. No interest in my case whatsoever and treated me like basically another scrub coming in for his services. VERY HARD TO get ahold of and doesn’t call you back. I left 3 or voicemails for over a week or two and nothing back. When you get ahold of the office employee she says he’ll call you back, but still nothing for 3 days. They make you feel like a burden and like your wasting there time even though he says contact me at anytime. I felt like I would’ve had ALMOST a better chance on my own for the same outcome. I could go on, but definitely not worth your time OR MONEY.

Troy Huser will promise you the world and will be a ghost upon receiving payment. I would strongly suggest seeking other representation.
