Cant wait to dis-enroll and stop paying for this. Needed a will done and the attorney would not reply to emails and when she did it was 3 words. No help at all. I ended up doing my own will online (using their service, thus the 2 stars) and am now waiting a month for their online line notary services to finish it. Save your money and hire your own lawyer if and when you need it.

In the 3 years I have had this plan I have only been able to get an attorney to take care of one thing. A traffic ticket. Most of the attorneys listed don't practice what it says on the website. When you do get an attorney half of the time they don't call back or they don't want to take the case. At most they might just tell you what YOU can do. Currently I am trying to get help with with a foreclosure, after speaking with an attorney he just emailed me to tell me I should file a form.....ahh that's what I'm paying you to do. This service is trash. Honestly will be contacting my state's AG to file a complaint as this seems like fraud.

Was so excited to have a plan that would actually answer some of my questions even if they couldn’t represent me they could answer some of my questions. I called somebody on Monday and it’s Thursday and no one called me back. I wanted to answer before I got my paycheck so that way, I could attempt to try to get my license back and since I couldn’t get anyone to answer answer me back I have to wait another two weeks. Glantz, l law offices was very dismissive and acted like I wasn’t even worth a call back and no one called me back. are open enrollment is good for seven more days. I don’t get an answer before the seven days. I won’t sign up for next year because obviously it will be a waste of my time. There’s only one office located in my city and I don’t have a car which is the entire purpose of me signing up because it says it provides lawyer services to help you get your license. I have a settlement they refused to work with me on for over $3500 and I can make $1000 down payment or maybe I don’t know pay a lawyer to actually represent me something. I told him if they can’t represent me I can still pay them, so we’ll see if I get a call back. I need a lawyer and I thought that maybe I would be respected if I had some kind of service but every encounter I’ve ever had with any lawyer was just dismissive.

We requested to be contacted by a family planning lawyer multiple times. We told xoxo would be contacting us shortly. Never contacted attempted this at least 7 times. Never a response ever. Have cancelled service. Throwing $ in a garbage can would be more fun and helpful.

100% Fraud, which is ironic. Lawyers and staff at MetLife do nothing. Literally nothing and if you pay through work you can't cancel. Total SCAM
