This is a follow up review to my previous one. I find it shocking that Setareh Law Group is now publicly denying handling my case when they were, in fact, the firm that represented me in the Conagra Foods class action lawsuit. Anyone can look this case up and confirm that Setareh was the representing party. It’s ironic that this is the only response I’ve received from them since the case closed—no transparency, no accountability, and no answers regarding the massive portion of the settlement they took while leaving plaintiffs like me with a fraction of the funds. Yet, they can jump to defend their public image? This further proves my point: they prioritize profits over their clients. If they truly had nothing to hide, they would provide real explanations instead of outright denial. Future clients should take this as a warning—once they get their cut, you’ll be left with scraps and silence.

I was one of several plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit handled by Setareh Law Group. The total settlement was $18 million, yet the attorneys took $6 million (33.33%) in fees plus $700,000 in costs, while I received only $10,000. Despite multiple requests for transparency over the past few years, I received no response. The combination of low payouts to plaintiffs, high legal fees, and a lack of transparency raises concerns about fairness. Future clients should be aware and demand full accountability before working with this firm.
