My advice to the company...be honest!! Harvest some of the morals and values you have on the wall. nnTo everyone else... BEWARE. Most of the reviews online are from (you guessed it) iCIMS. The shady company has great self promotion. Most (90%) of the sales team and account managers are gone. Imagine a totally new workforce every few years? They intentionally run you into the ground. nnOverall, I had a terrible experience with my snarky manager up to the CEO Colin. Every single person is a backstabber. The result is a twisted reality that the workers have to face daily. Who is next to go? Get written up? Go on a performance plan? nnMy advice.... Find something stable for your future. This is not the place.

This company sucks I tried applying through them with a valid email address which according to them is not valid. I made several attempts to reach them via phone and was unable to speak to anyone. And the 800 number on the site apparently is the wrong number According to the sales rep that I spoke to.

Beware - extreme turnover! Thousands have been employed here. The little managers just love to hire and fire. You are expendable.
