Idaho Power

This is a great company, I've had nothing but good experiences. The prices are some of the cheapest in the country. Customer service is great, they promptly respond. The people on here writing negative reviews clearly don't understand how a major power company works.

Horrible customer service and some of the managers shouldnt even be working due to ignorance. You cant even call them without getting an attitude from customer service people. Unbeleievably stupid employees who run the 800 number U0001f612

They turned off my power with a noticed mailed to us two days before hand, with my nine months pregnant fiance and my one and a half year old daughter inside didn't even tell them just hung a notice up on the door no knock nothing. Then after I pay the bill they refused to tell me if they were going to turn the power on because my fiances name is on the account even though my card, myself and my money has paid the bill since we opened up the account. This is the worst company I've dealt with.

Idaho Power is a horrible company. I came home to my power shut off and I paid my bill last month. I got no notices, nothing. Instead they sent a notice to my landlord that lives in Arizona... They jack up their rates during the summer and winter because they are the only power company, so they can do whatever they want and it shows. They could careless about the hardships THEY CAUSE on families. This has happened to a couple people I know too, not just me. I think a class action lawsuit should be brought upon this company. You reap what you sow.

I can honestly say this is the worst company I've ever dealt with there employees believe they own Idaho Power company .
