My degree will be received in less than one year. Since I spoke with an attorney (Auston Wallace) and his supervisor (Dr. Jay Gable) about the 'lack' of outcome, I have requested a refund several times over the past 35 days. Due to the lack of work performance, I am still waiting for someone to contact me. Unfortunately, this law firm has 60 days prior to the dispute I submitted to the banking institution to respond. Fortunately, I can still move forward while the bank is working on my refund.

Jason Betts, Attorney Matt Kohn, and Stacy from the refund department ARE SCAMMERS THEY STOLE OUT MONEY WE GOT NOTHING ! We paid 3500.00 upfront for a case review we never got! 8 week no response no resolution just put off over and over again. DONT GO TO IMHOFF YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED YOU TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AND MY FAMILY

All of my communications with this firm, Imhoff & Associates, was either through phone calls, texts, and/or emails. This way of correspondence was convenient for me. My point of contact was with Ms. Tara Shams. She is friendly and professional. Any questions or concerns that I had regarding my son’s case was promptly addressed by her. The outcome of this matter turned out to be favorable for my son of which I am grateful. My experience with her and her firm was quite cordial. I am sure to recommend them to anyone that would need competent legal assistance.

They're nothing but a lawyer broker. They hire the cheapest, worst lawyers and your "retainer" is, in fact, a lump sum they keep no matter how little the horrible attorneys they hire do. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
