Attorneys seemed concerned with my case, required a retainer of $7500.00 initially and when that was exhausted wanted another $8500.00 to continue. After giving them a total of $16K I explained that there was no more money and they needed to do their best to settle my case. They refused to settle... They were pushing for a trial since they stood to make a lot more money. A trial was the last thing I wanted. Well, they withdrew, leaving me high and dry. I learned afterwards that they charged me another $9K for services rendered. Services which I did not authorize. I tried to fight these charges through arbitration, but the arbitrator was another attorney, so...needless to say I lost. Inclima law firm then sued me for monies owed and relentlessly garnished my wages until my only choice was to file for bankruptcy. Mr. Inclima was extremely unprofessional and attacked and threatened me personally on several occasions. Made my divorce a thousand times more devastating since they failed to make the discovery deadline with my paperwork, causing me to lose everything in my divorce settlement, as well as what was said about me behind closed doors by Mr. Inclima led to visits with my child requiring supervision. He betrayed me in the worst way possible... Never never NEVER trust this law firm. They only care about getting paid. They are criminals with a lisence to steal.
