I have used Mark for three transactions for buying and selling residential properties and he was fantastic. We were selling one house and my father-in-law was a new real estate broker, Mark went the extra mile to ensure the transaction closed. Buying another property, we bought a house from a seller with no attorney and no broker and Mark again made sure the transaction closed.

Would not recommend. Took my money and never did anything. Kept giving me excuses about his family issues. If he was free I would never use him again. Saw his reply and its unfortunate that he has to lie to protect himself. Don't know where the disabled part of what he is talking about is. I still have all the emails to prove that he is not being honest. As far as expenses go, he took my money and never asked for anymore or do anything else. Have emails to prove everything I am writing here.
