Jeffrey Bovarnick helped us with all of the legal paperwork and ramifications of opening a business in Bluffton, South Carolina. Mr. Bovarnick spent a considerable amount of time reviewing our lease and going back and forth with the landlord on the contract. Ultimately, he was able to get a provision of the lease taken out stating that we (the tenant) would be responsible for the HVAC. Fast forward 3 years and the AC in fact broke down and the landlord tried to make us pay $8,000 to replace it. However, after reviewing the lease, the landlord found that it was not our responsibility and that saved us $8,000!
