Extremely unprofessional and not knowledgeable, a paralegal contacted me through another person on seen of the accident, I informed I did not have an active insurance policy at the time however the other person was at fault and received the ticket. She informed me this would not be an issue and proceeded to meet with me have me sign paper work and start services at a clinic, then i received a call from the attorney stating he would drop my case due to not making much funds off the case. The other person insurance the one at fault has liability, bodily, full coverage etc. I called other firms and in the end had 3 other firms wanting my case. On to better the new law firm has great reviews and I didn't check theirs prior to signing up. Please do your homework and find a law firm that is professional and fully knowledgeable on the law as this one is not

It was a pleasure working with the law firm, when I was contacted they made it convenient for me and met me at my house to go over my claim. I completed my therapy and I was updated periodically on the status. I was blown away with how quickly I was receiving updates on the different offers the insurance was making. To my surprise once I accepted an offer I received another call that my lawyer countered that offer was finalized an even higher offer that the insurance accepted!! Wow and to top it off I received a msg 3 business days letter to come pick my check up. Overall just amazing, I’m a stickler for communication and the service I received was phenomenal. I highly recommend this law office

Be warned these people are scam artists just looking to feed off of the leftovers of the general public. They don't reply to calls, voicemail, email. If they do, it will be after 20 attempts, and at minimum weeks later. They don't comply with requests or wishes, they don't care about the case, or the person. All those review replies you see from the owner saying "untrue, or scam, or we never worked with this person", it's all a lie. It's a shady practice that does shady things. Don't go here, and don't accept their help when they call you. Find a real law firm that has actual, intellectual, compassionate people. This place is where laziness and disregard are produced like it's a life-source. Avoid at all costs. I am not going to publicly post the name of the attorney that was assigned to me. Outright unprofessional

First off! As of July 2, 2019, I stated working with this lawyer as well as the law firm is extremely unprofessional. First thing reaching him, or anyone that is related to your case is impossible, I emailed, called, a number of times and was not able to get a response back until I threaten to drop him as my attorney. He only called me after I had to put a hold on the physical therapy treatment because the rehab center turned me away a number of times due to my blood pressure being high. They also did nothing to explain what I was to expect during the case, I have an Examination Under Oath (EUO) Notice scheduled and they email me to inform me of the date only 3 days away not knowing what it was or had time to prepare for it. Not only that he promised that I would not get dropped from my car insurance and I got dropped from my car insurance by the end of the month. The biggest thing about it this situation is an open and shut case. It was the other driver fault, hit me from the back at a traffic light while texting and driving. If I can give me zero stars, it will still be too much. I am also going to contact the ACAP because after dropping me he told me I was not allowed to come to his office, and he ignored me when I asked for my case files. If anyone is thinking about doing business with the firm, I recommend finding someone else because this lawyer is not worth the trouble. It makes more time to respond to negative reviews than he has to answer important questions about your case.

A Bunch of BS...referral service referred me (red flag) never heard of them another red flag...In the beginning you get someone coming to your place taking down info sending you to therapy. Well therapy is a joke I caught them checking off services they didnt perform so I stopped going. My vehicle is still not fixed, and now I get an email to discontinue representing...hmm after month of not contacting me, or anything. At least call to tell me that. I felt like nothing was accomplished but alot of time wasted. I know better. Hang up the phone if someone calls you and tries to help you get an attorney.
