Only one of the choices directly involved hiring him, and this first consultation was absolutely free. I appreciated his willingness to give advice without any pressure to formally become his client. When I did decide to hire him, he quickly went to work for me. He was thorough, accurate and readily available for additional questions. In addition, he refunded the unused portion of the retainer within days of concluding the transaction. I recommend Ron to anyone who is looking for specialized legal help in the real estate arena!
