ISPC was very professional and made sure I understood everything perfectly. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Also referring other professionals for other maintenance services I needed. The referrals were also very good. Everyone was so nice and polite. I would recommend them to anyone. They get high points in my book.

My problem is with the ISPC and the salesman who sold the water softener system and used their financial service. He talked a great sales pitch and won my business. The sales person had me lie about my income yo be able to obtain the water softener. I certainly would caution anyone wanting a water softener to do your homework before agreeing to purchase off a person that comes to your door. I’ve had this credit/loan since 2019 and with the economic situation of COVID and getting laid off I was late on payments and I fell behind after being unemployed. I informed ISPC of my financial situation and they chose to file a court case against me for not paying. It doesn’t make any reasonable sense how do you send someone to court knowing they have no income. I have no vehicle to drive to Tampa so I emailed the attorneys on the case and informed them that I was agreeing to start making payments since I just started working in March of this year. The representative Summer from ISPC legal department sent me a settlement for more than the original loan of $6500. In the agreement she wanted to charge me a 13% interest. I called her and informed her that I wasn’t in agreement with that rate nor the amount owed of $7132.88. Summer lowered the interest rate to 9.34% but she said she couldn’t lower the amount owed because of interest incurred and not paid by ISPC. I agreed since I had no other options on the balance and the rate. The attorneys on my case from ISPC have never responded to my emails nor calls. Since I got this credit/loan I’ve paid $4,196.00 and my owed balance should be $2,299 and the interest amount is $1,269.92. Which is I add both amounts it totals $3,568.92 and not the $7,132.8. I’ve learned a hard lesson and that is to not do business with anyone that comes to my door. I request 2 days after I signed the agreement to return the product and ISPC declined knowing the collateral is the water softener. While I was unemployed I asked them to come pickup the water softener and they declined again. My email response to the court summoned detailed more and still ISPC as the crooks they are added a debt larger than the original one. This is the worst credit company I’ve ever done business with. Last week when I called ISPC I was informed Summer was no longer working there.

Being a new homeowner, I really didn't know much about the company. I felt good with the information given at the presentation, so I decided to give them a try. Installation went smoothly and it was the next day. I am more than happy with my decision... Thanks again...
