I can’t say enough wonderful things about John Rosario from the maintenance department. He is always smiling and friendly. And he is very professional. He responds immediately upon receiving a request and is usually at my door within the hour. He is very knowledgeable and if he can’t fix what’s wrong he contacts someone that can within the same day. He is a gem!!

To be honest I'm a relatively new shareholder, and they are a new management company for our development. I haven't had trouble except for minor online payment issues with a site that can take some getting used to. But the office was always there to help. Maintenance is always up-to-date grounds are clean and well kept. So I have to say thank you to hard-working ladies in the office.

John Rosario, from the maintenance department, came to Providence Dr. within the Greenview properties and not only was he knowledgeable and fixed our plumbing issues with expertise… He did it with a smile ALONG WITH GREAT kindness and he treated our family as if we were his only client and we know that is not the case at 9 o’clock on a Sunday evening. He should be commended for a job well done because we are sure he had a very busy week but he ended with a bang and we very much appreciated such. Thank you John from the Santorelli family!

As a resident of Westbrook Village I wanted to express my satisfaction in living here. It is a prime location with easy access to major highways. It is a pet friendly community that has well kept grounds. I feel Christina tries hard to be responsive to the needs of the community, by addressing maintenance requests, organizing & engaging community events, listening to residents concerns, and managing our community. Luis (maintenance) goes above and beyond to assist residents in resolving maintenance issues. With regular social gatherings, holiday events, and a community pool and clubhouse Westbrook Village offers a sense of community to residents.

The complex is well kept ,clean quiet and John the maintenance man is wonderful always ready to get back to you with your issues and schedule time to come and do repairs he is extremely knowledgeable and friendly always has a smile on his face. I’ve lived here for over 5 years and feel Safe and secure.
