I wish I could give this place 0 stars for how they handle their clients. This is by far the worst tax service I have ever used and encountered. I was referred to by a friend as I’m sure many people are and not only did it take Pedro and his team two months to try and do my taxes. They also never pick up the phone, when they do they have an attitude as if we are doing something to them as if paying them to do our taxes is an issue. Then Pedro never responds back to messages by phone or email, so unprofessional I will make sure I nor anyone else who I know will ever go to this place. Horrible by all means.

I have been with them since 2010 back when they were on 170th street I only deal with carol who is great does great work and always get me the maximum refund I'm not going anywhere else my experience with them always good.
