Horrific management from the Regional Manager down to the David Grant Medical Center site. Bonuses, cost, favoritism and nepotism outweigh the concerns of the employees and the employees themselves. Honest and hard working employees are shunned and bullied by the employees that brown nose management. This environment has caused many people to quit and also led to unlawful termination of personnel. Health and life safety concerns that are brought up by employees are silenced by management to ensure contract renewal and eliminate unwanted but necessary expenditures. These truths are not unfounded...only hidden from the public and government due to greed.

I had a interview for safety.team liked me I been in safety for 22 years.they gave my my onboarding,i9 job offer drug screen direct deposit ask me to leave my home in Tennessee to drive to Leesville Louisiana for the job..got to hotel they paid for..was told I would get my milage plus Dailey per- diem.after arriving to hotel got badge to enter base.still was told by j& j I can't work..stood in hotel for 9 days no calls from anyone at all..after 9 days in hotel I'm told by Sadie they decided to not move forward with me and they owe me no money for travel miles.dailey per diem I'm not getting.so I drove 17 hours for this company for work signed job offer,in hotel for 9 days not working now tell me they not hiring me.i had no money to travel back to Tennessee hotel paid for 2 more days .this company has alot of chief'and no indians.everybody wants control.so theyfore this company need the biggest lawsuit ever filed to make sure this don't happen to anyone else,Ann wants the control and power when you are very qualified she get intimidated and call Sadie and her buddy system to destroy good people.so I hope very qualified worker read this and hopefully whomever is in charge of this company fire these evil hateful people ..so lawsuits is on the way

Stay far away from this company by all means. They have some shady people in leadership.
