A J.P. Mascaro's truck on Rt 422 in Pennsylvania kicked up a rock that instantly cracked my windshield. Naturally, I reached out to the company to address this issue and file a claim. I was met with disappointment and frustration during this process. Despite the evident negligence in the truck's lack of proper mudflaps, which are required by Pennsylvania regulations, my claim was denied. J.P. Mascaro refused to take responsibility for the damage caused by the rock, stating that they are not liable for road hazards. While I understand that road hazards may not fall under their responsibility, it’s poor business for J.P. Mascaro to not ensure that their trucks comply with relevant regulations, including having effective mudflaps. ????

No option for zero stars. My township contracts them but they are constantly unreliable and unprofessional. Multiple missed collections and when you call or email they say they are on in and nothing ever gets done. Place a second can of your own out the following week and they won't even touch it. Business thrives on being the lowest bidder with the lowest quality service and work ethic.

Giving a one star because this trash company has one job and thats pick up all the trash. Half the time they leave stuff on the curb. Whether your not paying ur guys enough or giving them time to take all the trash, make a change and be better. I should never have to call about bags at the street

Was having difficulty getting in contact with the company after losing an invoice, and was pleasantly surprised to have a Mascaro themselves reach out directly on fb and send me a number to call. I haven’t had any other issues

I had a blue storage container with "recycle" spray painted on it that I had been using for my recycling container. I had been using it for 2 and a half years since purchasing the home, it was left by the previous owner and God only knows how long they were using it. It was in perfect condition except for being dirty on the inside. One trash/recycling day I come home and find it missing. I searched the neighborhood and asked my neighbors if they had seen it. I called mascaro and they said it was probably a new trash crew and accidentally got taken with the trash. The person I spoke with said that he would get it replaced with something comparable, he even asked me for the dimensions of the missing container. After a few days of no response, I called back and got sent to voicemail. This happened several times, they were obviously avoiding me. Never got a replacement. They are liars and have very poor customer service. I guess you can't expect much from a company that hires their labor from the county jail.
