I dropped my mom off for a Dr appt and was in their parking spot with the engine running for 2 minutes while I was sending a text and a woman who worked their came out and rubbed a no parking sign all over my windshield. I honked and she flipped me off and walked away. I was in there spot, and about to leave, but she definitely didn't handle it like a normal person would. Can't imagine her working with the public....
