My husband and I had our first accident and we didn't know what to do or how the process was and also we were worried that we would not understand something since English is not our first language; but we decided to call Jack Bernstein and it was the best decision ever! From the beginning everyone was very kind, first Vanessa attended us, then Axel visited us, the receptionist with the pretty shoes was very kind when we went to the office and especially Michelle Thomas! Michelle made me feel like of I was talking to a friend! She's very kind, friendly, attentive and above all she is excellent at explaining the process. Is was an honor that she took our case!!
