I was facing foreclosure on my home that I bought since April of 1999. Through the grace of God, Alberto found me and invited me to come in check my options. Best decision I ever made, They are honest and transparent. They negotiated with my bank and 8 months later i was granted a modification. Alberto was very persistent with the file. He was excellent with helping me gather all the necessary docs.

Thank you so much for all that you've done for my family we were about to be homeless and put out with all of our belongings of the house we purchase we went into foreclosure and we didn't have the money to pay the mortgage company. We met Alberto and begin to talk over the phone my husband was skeptical about giving anyone money we may an appointment at their office and sat down and talked out everything that was going on with us it reassured us and faith that they had what it takes to get us out of our issues. I sat in their office and prayed and ask God was we in the right place and he told me yes from that moment on we sat down and came up with a plan and they took us to the process they went to court for us and that also for the mortgage company to negotiate a better price than what we were paying we are now paying $500 lesser than what we were paying before I am happy with the results we made our first payment June 1st 2022 and they received it and it has been noted to the account. From my experience with this law office, don't waste your time or money. They give the worst service after you finish paying them for what they charge. Your case no longer interests them. For this reason and many other things, I do not recommend their services. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
