Jack S. Hinson

I'm not sure about everyone else's reviews, but Sam Hinson was amazing in mine, and my boyfriend's case. He never once stood there with a closed mouth. Coming from someone that's about to graduate in criminal justice I observed the lawyers in cases an seen he was the one I wanted. But that's my personal experience. And he's a very nice guy!

I would not recommend Sam Hinson at all! He scammed my family out of $8,000. He was supposed to represent my family member in court in a very serious case and he DID NOT SHOW UP TO THE COURT DATE. We haven’t heard from him since and he will not take any phone calls! Absolutely disappointed. I will definitely be filing a lawsuit.

Jack did a awesome job with helping me with my case he didn’t sugar coat anything or make false promises he did a awesome job with always getting in contact with me and keeping me updated on my case. When it came time to go in front of the judge he did a tremendous job with helping the court see the big picture with my particular situation. I’d recommend jack and his staff to anyone that needed a lawyer! Thank you jack and miss Tina for all the help and advice that y’all gave me hopefully I’ll never need you again but if I do need a attorney your going to be my only stop!!!

Sam Hinson is not a very good lawyer. Or maybe that's the kind of service lawyers give to court appointed lawyers. He did NOTHING for me the entire three years he had my case. Whenever there was a legal appointment, he was always unavailable and would just look at someone's notes! He never went to the judge to plead my case. I sent him a letter to read to the judge regarding my case. And the final and last very important court appointment, he said he couldn't attend and just one day before the court date he emails me that I need to get another lawyer to go to court for me because he MIGHT have COVID19. Yeah, I MIGHT have it too! Why couldn't he send my letter to the judge by fax? Never put your trust in these lawyers. Deanna

I've used both Jack and Sam. One time for a parenting plan modification and a couple times for me being sure when my business burnt. All three times I was very satisfied with the outcome. I will be back in the unfortunate event that I need them again.
