Dear Mr. O'Neil- I thought you would like to be informed at the caliber of staff that you have hired to be the first representation of your business. I called on 11/9/09 to reach my bank, Unfortunately, on the interwebs, YOUR phone number is listed for NetSpend Bank. Your receptionist told me I had reached the wrong #. When I asked her if she had a forwarding number, she hung up on me before I could get the sentence out. I called back to suggest that if she did not like getting these phone calls that maybe she should try being pro-active and change the number on the internet, and hanging up on people did not make her or her Business look very good. She started yelling at me and told me not to talk to her like that. I thought this was very funny. Being that I am in an Administrative position, I take my job VERY seriously and would NEVER, represent my manager or company the way you have been represented. I get wrong numbers every day and it takes less time to let people on the other line KNOW that they have reached a wrong number and be polite, then it does to act like your Receptionist did. Just thought you would like to know how you are being seen. regards- A Helpful Administrator.
