Jackson, Cook, Caracappa & Scott

I am having a issue with a power of attorney paperwork, done by Joseph Remagli at another office. I called his new office 2 times without a call back. The secretary screenes the calls, tells me he is on vacation, or out to lunch, or on another call. BULL!! I suggest you find another office to deal with if you have any legal issues. I will be reporting him to the PALS GOVERNMENT OF PA.

After decades of representation, Mr. Caracappa and his firm only have 10 reviews? I suspect negative reviews are removed promptly, but nonetheless I will leave mine. Spoke with both Caracappa and Ramagli at different times recently. Caracappa about 6 weeks ago and he told me he would represent me in a case, and to call when I got my notification. So, I didn't call any another attorneys. He ignored my call. Never called me. Oh, don't ask about an estimate on pricing, or hours. When you go on vacation, buy a car, sign up of a mobile plan etc...do you ask for pricing? He DIRECTLY affected my ability to get timely representation by saying yes, then not responding. So, if you need reliable and competent representation, go elsewhere. Also, spoke with Ramagli. "Scott will call you back by end of day tomorrow". What are these guys doing in the office. Shopping online? Golf putting? Are any of them really there? Unreliable. Don't tell people yes, I will save your name and number, and call me when you get your notice, then nothing. An office of jerks including whoever answers the phone there. In response: The reply from this law office is outrageous. Standard reply. No, you call me with an apology for causing me to scrammble around this county trying to find proper respresentation after I was assured that Mr. Caracappa was there when I needed him.

John Cook is wretched. He dropped a 'slam dunk' case, his words not mine and royally screwed the pooch. The creme de creme? He tried blaming me for his incompetence. Pettifogger jerk.
