I was in a very bad situation with a leasing company. Jared helped us get out of our lease, avoid termination fees, and get our deposit back. He is extremely reasonably priced and VERY hard working and fast. He is compassionate and does his due diligence to protect his clients. HE LISTENS! He got us out of there and signing a contract with the leasing company within 2 days of our payment to him stating we wouldn't be charged a termination fee, we'd only pay for the days we were in the house for the current month, and we would get our security deposit back pending the house looking the same as it did when we moved in. The company originally wanted us to pay for the entire month and they would refund us the prorated amount after someone moved in. Jared was even able to fix that for us.
