Working with primarily David Barry in a business transition was a seamless experience. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. When necessary, his partner Michael Rice, was also very helpful in the process.
By far, worst experience with a lawyer ever, mike rice in particular. Lynn is great, Mike Rice does not send things he is supposed to send you, and seems to not be working hard, or at all. Find a different lawyer for estates, unless you want them to take 5 years one ????
