Since December 2022, this offic has not given my husband anything he has asked for in regards to his mother's passing. It is now almost August 2023. Unbelievable how simple requests are not being met. Avoid if possible.

I started working with this law firm Jaconetta, Burnham & Wimer, LLC years ago setting up my mothers estate planning. They were friendly, and accommodating. Very pricey. My mother passed away a week ago and our investment professional setup a call with them to see what are the next steps in the estate. And the investment person has worked with them for 28 years. I do not know what kind of day this Joe Jaconetta was having but in 30+ years on wall street i have never dealt with someone so unprofessional, rude, condescending and that includes traders. Here we are mourning the loss of our mother and he goes on a tirade about us asking questions. We are not lawyers. Even the investment professional who works with him was stunned and backed that we did nothing to provoke that. Will be going somewhere else. And I hope you resolve what ever issues you are dealing with Mr. Jaconetta!
