They are the BEST! I was devastated when my Dad passed away. Cj was there every step of the way for my family. I had many questions and concerns, and he ALWAYS got back to me within the same day. Also, a shout out to Amanda! She has been AMAZING and so very helpful! I am so GRATEFUL we found Jacques & Jacques!!

Law firm of Jacques & Jacques sent my children a letter regarding an inheritance. This unsolicited letter stated that if we had questions, to contact the firm, and so we did. We were under the auspices that our questions would be confidential. Less than a couple hours later, we got word from another heir to the same estate that our conversation with the office staff of Jacques & Jacques were indeed not confidential. After complaining to the law firm, our concerns were brushed under the rug in my opinion. Upon further explanation, attorney Charles John Jacques III stated: "I do not owe you a duty of confidentiality." We did not select this law firm to represent the estate for which my children are heirs. If you value your privacy and/or confidentiality, then stay clear from this blabbermouth lawfirm of Jacques & Jacques, P.C. in Natrona Heights, PA would be my very sincere advice to anyone in need of an estate lawyer.

My wife and I went to Cory to get our Wills & POAs completed. She was very kind and knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. Great experience!

Don't get on here and try to wiggle your way out of being unprofessional. My husband called twice in 3 weeks. Leaving a name and phone number. As well as the reason for the call. To buy property off if the neighbor, in Westmoreland county. The third time he called, he asked the secretary for a name of a law firm that would she would recommend to help with purchasing land off a neighbor in Westmoreland county. Because your law firm does not return calls to do such business. Then the apologizing started.... Then you get on the phone and say that you did return the phone call. NO you did not! Because I was reminded by my husband that, " That law firm never returned my call." Then you get in the phone insisting that you returned his phone call and saying something about, your property is in Springdale..... This has nothing to do with Springdale and Allegheny county.. That's when he said. He's had enough of your lying (that you had returned his call). And hung up on you. Not dealing with a liar. Don't make excuses for your employees. This is their job. 1st time no call back... Ok ..... 2nd time, it's called unprofessional! Hench, the review.

My family has used this firm exclusively to handle real estate, power of attorney, wills and trust creation. We have been impressed time and time again with the value and professionalism of the staff and attorneys.
