I contacted Mr. Hamilton on 4/17/18 regarding probating a timeshare that a deceased relative had signed on. I asked him if he could help me and he said he could. Very nice. I gave him all the pertinent information and he emailed me his hourly fee and his retainer information. I then emailed him all the documentation I had and the contact information for the attorney we used to probate her will in Louisiana and he notated he would contact him. Emailed Mr. Hamilton on 4/20/18, inquiring if he had contacted Louisiana atty and when we could proceed. No answer. I then called him on his cell that he had provided in his email on 4/17/18, on 4/23/18, left detailed message regarding how we could forward retainer to him and other documentation we needed to sign to retain his services. No answer. I called 4/24/18, left 2 messages with receptionist expressing my concern that he had not returned my call or email and requested that I really needed him to call me. No answer. Very disappointed, especially since he had assured me that he would be happy to assist me.
