Jim is a longtime colleague. We have been lawyers for over 35 years. I have referred many clients to him for estate planning, probate, and estate administration. He has always done an excellent job.

Mr. Marino took care of my parent's taxes and estate planning. He is of outstanding character and his integrity is beyond rereproach. My wife and I have started our planning through Marino. Estate planning is difficult, difficult conversations need to occur, Jim is understanding and compassionate.

Jim - Just wanted to extend a very belated thank you for all of your assistance with estate planning and trust preparation for my entire family. Something came up recently that reminded us all of the excellent advice you shared (and the huge amount of time you committed) to helping my mother in law provide a degree of financial security for a granddaughter who struggles with multiple disabilities. Time and again you helped us navigate issues and strategies to help us maintain the availability of these resources for as long as possible. We all (collectively) owe you a big thank you! Of course, that extends beyond the personal thank you that I owe you for all of your ongoing support with answers to a never ending flow of questions regarding various business entities and situations, not to mention decades worth of assistance with closing numerous real estate transactions. Mr. Marino has provided numerous services to my family over the years and has been nothing short of amazing. He has always gone the extra mile to make sure we understood why we were taking certain steps and why it was the best option for us. He is thorough, caring & has saved us a ton of money! He is discreet, professional and beyond reproach.

Not ethical. Told lies to my family members. Told them I brought my mom back to his office to get her to change her will and trust and exclude them. I took her back to him since he was her original lawyer who wrote my parents will and trust over 20 years ago. Dad just passed away and mom’s trust needed to be cleaned up and with dads death items needed to be added that were not in the original. Lied to my family when he according to my sisters told them that he had to throw me out of the office while he spoke with mom privately. Mom is in a wheelchair and I had to wheel her in to the conference room to meet with him upon which I left to sit in the lobby while he talked with my mom. Lied to my sisters when he told them that he never asked for their social security numbers when he told myself, my mom and my sister that he wanted all 5 of our social security numbers for some forms for mom’s insurance and policy funds so upon inheritance everybody shared in the tax liability. He needs to correct the lies that he told.
