I would give zero stars if I could. Very rude and unprofessional. Pretty sure she was drunk every time I spoke with her or she takes too many benzodiazepines. She needs to retire already. Beyond unhelpful. The state is scraping the bottom of the barrel with people like this.

She didnt do anything for me .. She would tell me one thing on the phone then in person swear she never said it and was rude and very unprofessional
