Had a Problem with My Desktop, I brought my PC to a Basement Repair guy first and told me my motherboard is shot. So not knowing anything about computers I went to the professional to get a second opinion, Got my computer back Head to CDC and got it checked out right away, the technician who was working on my pc told me it was just a faulty Power Supply not having enough load to power up my machine, Got her fix that day and until now the computer is working great its been 6 months!..Great Solution and Very friendly service. I Highly Recommend this Place for any Computer Related Problems!
I purchased a computer from them and the hard drive went a week after the warrenty expired. Even though it was so close to the warrenty expiration date they would not offer any assistance at all... Instead told me it was not worth fixing and I would be better off buying a new computer. I went to future shop and bought one, no problems since... however my brother decided to take the chance with them and bought one... ended up having the same hard drive failure problem right after the warranty expired... They're computers are crap... Save yourself the money and go somewhere else. Terrible customer service.
Bought my First Acer A500 32GB Android tablet and the Salesman who presented to me is quite knowlegable and presented the tablet well. Very Impressed! I am very happy with the puchased and will recommend this place to my friends, family and anyone whos looking a computer. Try them OUT!
went there to buy a netbook on sale. Was supposed to include 8gb SD card. Did not get it in box went back to get SD card and had one given to me got home and it tried the card to find out it was faulty only had 39mb was given one from a display model. I started to experience problems with the windows on the netbook. Called CDC and was told to reinstall windows completely with restore disks. I was not given restore disks with my purchase. Asked about bringing in netbook to get it looked at and they were going to charge me for the service and charge me 120 for a fresh windows install. unacceptable service I have had the laptop for 2 weeks now only and getting all kinds of problems. Will not be going back to CDC in the near future. I think the least they could do is look at it and tell me if it is in fact a software problem and move forward from there. update* called again and spoke with a tech named stuart. Was very helpful in that he gave me the install discs so I could install windows myself. Unfortunately after determining that the sd card was faulty they claimed to not have any other ones in the store and the only resolution they could offer was to sell me a 16gb sandisk USB drive at 30 dollars which was their cost. They told me to go through acer for my warranty even though they offer a 90 day warranty on the products in store. The long and short of it is they did not honor their warranty on a faulty item they sold me. The sales clerk even had the nerve to say to me 'unlucky break'. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
they dropped my computer off their work desk after i brought it in and left it there and left to work and then blamed me like it was my fault. =(
