I hired Mr. Leano back in Feb. 2019 for a personal injury case involving a vehicle accident. The case ultimately was settled in Mar. 2022 and despite all of my attempts to get my portion of the funds, Mr. Leano still has not paid me. In fact, he hasn't even attempted to negotiate my medical bills or even pay them according to CitiMed, the clinic handling my rehabilitation. He has completely fallen of the map and won't responded any of my calls or messages, he also no longer has an office. At this point I have involved the Florida Bar and the State Attorney's office to recover my funds and hopefully have Mr. Leano's license revoked and face charges for criminal theft for defrauding me and others out of our entitled settlement funds. My advice to anyone looking to hire this attorney, STAY AWAY, save yourself the emotional and financial distress that will come from hiring this con-artist.

Worst attorney, doesn't answer calls or replies emails, only will reply via text message after several attempts. My case was settle on July he got funds on October, he tried to charge me for medical bills my insurance had cover and bills I already had paid, after weeks of none stop messages he finally got the numbers right but now it has been a month and hasn’t send me a check and keeps coming up with excuses. On top of that I got send to collections for bills he was supposed to paid. Not to mentioned I went to the address he is using on his signature as his “new office” and there is a law firm there but no one knows who he is. PLEASE FIND YOUR SELF ANOTHER ATTORNEY!
